About

Prepper Lone Wolf is a homebrew 'shooter' game for all Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 compatible systems. Works nicely in Stella too! Developed by me, James Bernard Roth. The game is free for personal usage. Please enjoy and leave some feedback if you do 

 

Story

"Our world is a dangerous place. Artificial intelligence, asteroid impacts, civil wars, earthquakes, economic collapse, famine, pandemics, societal breakdown, solar flares, supervolcanoes, and war — the threats are legion.

Preppers are those who clearly see the fragility of modern life and choose to prepare. They stock food and water, build fallout shelters, secure self-defense tools, tend kitchen gardens, raise livestock, and ultimately pursue the dream of off-grid self-sufficiency.

Most are decent, family-oriented people who stand ready to help their communities in times of crisis. Yet a dangerous few care only for themselves. These lone wolves place no value in community—they stand ready to steal others’ hard-earned resources and view the prepared as nothing more than prey.

Which type of prepper will you be?"

 

Objective

Fight to survive! You have a gun to aim and shoot, legs to run on...

Move in all directions. Press fire to shoot in the direction you last moved.

Take out all the enemies but do not let them touch you.

 

Controller

This is a single-player game which uses a joystick as a controller.
